Description
The Texan Tetra, also known as the Mexican Tetra, is a hardy and adaptable freshwater fish native to rivers and streams across North and Central America. This surface-dwelling form exhibits a silvery body, often with a dark lateral stripe and yellow accents on the fins. While generally peaceful, they are active and can be boisterous, sometimes nipping fins of slower or long-finned tankmates.
