Description
The Panama Flounder is a large, demersal flatfish native to the Eastern Pacific, characterized by both eyes being on the left side of its head. It possesses excellent camouflage, allowing it to blend seamlessly with sandy or muddy substrates where it ambushes prey. This species is a predatory carnivore, feeding on small fish and benthic invertebrates.
