Description
The Sharptail Mola is a massive, pelagic ocean sunfish distinguished by its pointed, lance-like clavus (pseudo-tail fin). Found in tropical and temperate waters globally, it primarily feeds on jellyfish and other gelatinous zooplankton. Due to its immense size and specialized needs, it is exclusively kept in very large public aquariums, not suitable for home aquariums.
