Description
Betta fish, also known as Siamese Fighting Fish, are popular freshwater aquarium inhabitants celebrated for their vibrant colors and flowing fins. Originating from Southeast Asia, these labyrinth fish can breathe air from the surface, making them adaptable to low-oxygen environments. Males are highly territorial and should generally be housed alone or with carefully selected, peaceful tankmates.
