Description
The Stone Loach is a hardy, bottom-dwelling fish native to cool, clear rivers and streams across Europe and parts of Asia. They possess an elongated body with mottled brown camouflage and barbels around their mouth, which they use to sift through substrate for food. These peaceful fish are best kept in groups in well-oxygenated aquariums with a soft substrate.
