Description
The Spotbanded Butterflyfish is a striking marine fish from the Indo-Pacific, characterized by its yellow vertical bands on the upper body and a spotted pattern on the lower half. While generally peaceful, it can be semi-aggressive towards conspecifics or similar-looking fish and may nip at certain corals. This omnivorous species requires a varied diet and stable water parameters to thrive in an aquarium.
