Description
The Bluestriped Lizardfish, often referred to as a Snakefish due to its elongated body, is a predatory marine fish. It is an ambush predator that buries itself in sandy substrates, waiting for unsuspecting prey. This species requires a large saltwater aquarium with plenty of open sand for burrowing and is not suitable for community tanks with smaller fish.
