Description

The Sargassum Triggerfish is a large, pelagic species known for its distinctive spotted pattern and association with floating Sargassum mats in the open ocean. While generally less aggressive than reef triggerfish, it can still be territorial and requires a very spacious saltwater aquarium. It feeds on a varied diet of zooplankton, small crustaceans, and algae.
