Description
The Chinese Barb is a hardy and active schooling fish known for its iridescent green-gold scales and, particularly in males, a vibrant red-orange belly during breeding. They are generally peaceful and make an excellent addition to a community aquarium. Keeping them in groups of 6 or more helps to reduce fin-nipping tendencies.
