Description
The Rubber-lip Grunt, also known as the Rubberlip Sweetlips, is a large and robust marine fish found throughout the Indo-Pacific. Juveniles often display different color patterns than the typically drab adults, which are characterized by their thick, fleshy lips. These nocturnal bottom-dwellers require very large aquariums due to their significant adult size and can be semi-aggressive towards conspecifics.
