Description
Betta pallifina is a wild Betta species native to Borneo, known for its relatively subdued coloration compared to the common Betta splendens. Females, like the one pictured, typically display a muted brown to olive body with subtle iridescent scales. This mouthbrooding species thrives in soft, acidic water conditions within a well-planted aquarium.
