Description

The Many-banded Pipefish is a slender, elongated marine fish characterized by its distinctive red and white or red and black bands. It is a shy micro-predator that requires a mature reef aquarium with plenty of hiding spots and a continuous supply of live copepods and other small crustaceans. Due to its specialized feeding habits and delicate nature, it is considered an advanced species for experienced aquarists.
