The Longlip Jumprock, also known as the Harelip Sucker, is a critically endangered or possibly extinct species of sucker fish native to North American rivers. It is distinguished by its unique, deeply cleft mouth, which it uses to graze on algae and small invertebrates from rocky substrates. This large, bottom-dwelling fish requires very clean, cool, and flowing water conditions.
