Description
The Labiata Cichlid, also known as Fuelleborni Cichlid, is an Mbuna cichlid endemic to Lake Malawi. It is characterized by its prominent, fleshy lips, which are adapted for scraping algae (aufwuchs) from rocks. Males are territorial and can be aggressive, requiring a spacious tank with plenty of rockwork.
