Description

The Kirchmayer's Killifish is a small, surface-dwelling fish native to ponds and slow-moving waters in Goa, India. It is a micropredator, feeding primarily on insects and small invertebrates found at the water's surface. While generally peaceful towards fish too large to be considered prey, it will readily consume smaller tankmates or fry.
