Description
Joyner's Tongue Sole is a unique flatfish species known for its elongated, tongue-shaped body and both eyes located on one side of its head. This benthic carnivore typically inhabits sandy or muddy bottoms, where it buries itself to ambush small invertebrates and fish. It requires a mature saltwater aquarium with a soft sand substrate.
