Description
Betta hipposideros, commonly known as the Snakeskin Betta, is a mouthbrooding Betta species originating from blackwater habitats in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. It features a distinctive snakeskin-like pattern and prefers soft, acidic water with ample hiding spots. While generally peaceful for a Betta, males can be territorial with each other.
