The Inkomati Mountain Catfish is a small, bottom-dwelling catfish native to fast-flowing mountain streams in Southern Africa. It possesses a flattened underside and modified mouthparts to cling to rocks in strong currents, making it well-adapted to its rheophilic habitat. This peaceful species is best kept in groups in a well-oxygenated aquarium with strong flow.
