Description
The False Goby, known locally as Gobius xoriguer, is a small, bottom-dwelling marine fish native to the Mediterranean Sea and Eastern Atlantic. It typically inhabits rocky reefs and seagrass beds, where its mottled coloration provides excellent camouflage. This species is a carnivore, feeding on small invertebrates found in its benthic habitat.
