Description
The Frilled Shark is a primitive, deep-sea shark characterized by its eel-like body and six pairs of frilly gills. It possesses numerous rows of distinctive trident-shaped teeth, perfectly adapted for grasping soft-bodied prey like squid and other deep-sea fish. This elusive species is rarely observed in its natural habitat and is not suitable for typical aquarium environments.
