Description

The Pacific Snake Eel (*Myrichthys maculosus*) is a nocturnal, burrowing marine eel known for its distinctive spotted pattern and elongated, snake-like body. It spends much of its time buried in sandy substrates, emerging to hunt small fish and invertebrates. This species requires a deep sand bed in an aquarium to thrive.
