Description
The Devils Hole Pupfish is a critically endangered species endemic to a single geothermal pool in Nevada, USA. These small, iridescent blue fish are uniquely adapted to extreme conditions, including consistently high temperatures and low oxygen levels. Due to their critically endangered status and highly specialized habitat requirements, they are not suitable for home aquariums and are subject to strict conservation efforts.
