Description

The Cape Verde Nibbler is a large, robust damselfish endemic to the Cape Verde Islands. It is primarily an herbivore, grazing on algae, but will also consume small invertebrates. While juveniles may be more docile, adults can become territorial and aggressive, especially towards conspecifics and smaller tankmates.
