The Boeseman's Rainbowfish is a strikingly colorful and active freshwater fish, famous for its distinct bi-coloration where the front half is typically blue-green and the rear half transitions to vibrant orange or red. Males exhibit more intense colors, especially when displaying. They are schooling fish that thrive in well-planted community aquariums.
