Description
The Gulf Coast Pygmy Sunfish is a tiny, colorful freshwater fish native to the southeastern United States. Males display iridescent blue markings, especially during breeding, and can be territorial towards other males. They thrive in heavily planted, mature aquariums with plenty of hiding spots.
