Description

Betta fish are renowned for their vibrant colors and flowing fins, particularly the males. Native to Southeast Asia, these labyrinth fish can breathe atmospheric air, allowing them to survive in oxygen-poor waters. Males are highly territorial and should not be housed together, but can be kept with peaceful, non-fin-nipping tankmates in appropriately sized aquariums.
