Description
The Barred Pipefish is a slender, elongated marine fish closely related to seahorses, known for its excellent camouflage among seagrass and sandy bottoms. It is a specialized ambush predator, feeding on tiny invertebrates by sucking them into its tube-like mouth. This species requires a mature, stable aquarium with specific feeding routines and very peaceful tankmates.
