Description
The Red-lipped Batfish is a unique and striking deep-water marine fish known for its bright red lips and modified fins that allow it to 'walk' on the seafloor. It is an ambush predator, feeding on small fish, crustaceans, and mollusks. Due to its specialized deep-water habitat and dietary needs, it is extremely challenging to keep in captivity and is not recommended for the average home aquarium.
