Description
The Marginate Damselfish, sometimes referred to as the Black Dascyllus, is a hardy and attractive marine fish characterized by its uniformly dark brown to black body and a distinctive yellow spot at the base of its pectoral fins. Native to the Red Sea and Arabian Sea, it is a popular but territorial addition to saltwater aquariums. While generally robust, its semi-aggressive nature requires careful tankmate selection.
