Description
The Whipfin Bass is a small, reclusive marine basslet recognized by its vibrant coloration and distinctive elongated dorsal fin ray. It prefers rocky crevices and caves, often hiding during the day. While generally peaceful with larger tankmates, it can be territorial towards smaller fish or conspecifics and will prey on small invertebrates.
