Description

The Twospot Astyanax is a robust and active schooling tetra, easily identified by its silvery body, often with yellow to orange fins, and two prominent black spots. One spot is located behind the gill plate, and the other is at the base of the caudal fin. While generally peaceful in a large school, they can be nippy towards smaller or long-finned tankmates.
