Description
The Tuscumbia Darter is a small, bottom-dwelling freshwater fish native to cool, clear spring systems in the southeastern United States. It features cryptic brown and black mottling, providing excellent camouflage against rocky or gravel substrates. This species requires highly oxygenated water with stable temperatures and plenty of hiding spots.
