Description

Steatocranus tinanti, also known as Tinanti's Lionhead Cichlid, is a hardy freshwater cichlid native to the Congo River basin. This bottom-dwelling species is known for its robust body and territorial nature, often developing a nuchal hump, especially in males. They thrive in aquariums with plenty of rockwork and caves for hiding and establishing territories.
