Description
The Threespot Squirrelfish is a nocturnal, reddish-orange fish with large eyes and distinct white horizontal stripes. It is easily identified by the prominent black spot on its caudal peduncle. This species requires a mature saltwater aquarium with plenty of rockwork for hiding during the day.
