Description
The Threadfin Butterflyfish is a beautiful marine fish characterized by its white body with diagonal stripes, a vibrant yellow posterior, and a distinctive black spot on its dorsal fin with an elongated filament. It is an active swimmer that requires a large, mature saltwater aquarium with ample live rock for grazing and shelter. While generally peaceful with dissimilar tankmates, it can exhibit semi-aggressive behavior towards other butterflyfish or similar-looking species.
