Description
The Tambraparini Barb is a vibrant freshwater fish native to the Tambraparni River in India, characterized by its striking yellow-orange body adorned with irregular black blotches and bright red fins. It is an active and schooling species that thrives in a well-planted community aquarium with plenty of swimming space. This barb is generally peaceful but can be nippy towards slow-moving or long-finned tankmates if not kept in a sufficiently large group.
