Description

The Striped Snakehead is a large, predatory freshwater fish known for its elongated body, snake-like head, and distinctive dark stripes or blotches along its flanks. It is a highly adaptable and hardy species, capable of breathing atmospheric air, allowing it to survive in low-oxygen environments and even out of water for short periods. Due to its aggressive nature and significant adult size, it requires a very large, species-only aquarium.
