Description

The Stone Loach is a hardy, bottom-dwelling freshwater fish native to Eurasia, known for its mottled, camouflaged body and barbels around its mouth. It uses these barbels to forage for small invertebrates and detritus in the substrate. These peaceful fish thrive in cool, well-oxygenated aquariums with plenty of hiding spots.
