Description

Stiphodon imperiorientis is a small, vibrant freshwater goby, with males displaying striking blue coloration on their head and body. These bottom-dwelling fish are specialized grazers, feeding on biofilm and diatoms found on rocks in fast-flowing, highly oxygenated streams. They require a mature aquarium with strong current and ample grazing surfaces.
