Description
Ancistrus stigmaticus is a species of Bristlenose Pleco, characterized by the prominent fleshy bristles on the snout of mature males. These peaceful, bottom-dwelling catfish are highly valued in aquariums for their algae-eating capabilities. They prefer well-oxygenated tanks with plenty of driftwood and hiding spots.
