Description

The Squarenose Unicornfish, also known as the Bluespine Unicornfish, is a large and striking surgeonfish characterized by a prominent bony "horn" that extends from its forehead. Found in the Indo-Pacific, this herbivorous species primarily grazes on benthic algae on coral reefs. Due to its significant adult size and active swimming nature, it requires a very large aquarium.
