Description
The Spotted Boxfish is a distinctive marine fish known for its cube-shaped body and vibrant coloration, which changes significantly from juvenile to adult. Juveniles are typically bright yellow with black spots, while adults can be blue or brown with white or black spots. This species can release a potent toxin (ostracitoxin) when stressed, which can be fatal to other tank inhabitants.
