Description
The Spotted Betta, often known as the Mahachai Betta, is a captivating wild Betta species characterized by its iridescent green-blue spotting and striping on a brownish body. Unlike the highly domesticated Betta splendens, these fish display more natural behaviors and a unique, subtle beauty. They are labyrinth fish, capable of breathing atmospheric air, and prefer well-planted tanks with plenty of hiding spots.
