Description
The Speckled Goby (*Rhinogobius giurinus*) is a small, bottom-dwelling freshwater fish native to East Asia. It features a mottled, dark coloration with lighter speckles, providing excellent camouflage among riverbed rocks. These gobies are generally peaceful but can be territorial towards conspecifics, requiring a well-structured aquarium with plenty of hiding spots.
