Description

The Silver Labeo, or Forskahl's Labeo, is a large, active African cyprinid known for its silvery body and torpedo shape. It is primarily herbivorous, feeding on algae and detritus, but can also consume small invertebrates. As adults, they can become semi-aggressive and require very large aquariums.
