Description
Silurichthys schneideri is a slender, elongated sheatfish native to the blackwater streams and peat swamps of Borneo. This nocturnal predator has long barbels and prefers soft, acidic water conditions. Its shy nature and specific environmental needs make it suitable for intermediate aquarists.
