Description

The Shortnose Wrasse, also known as the Biocellatus Wrasse, is a vibrant saltwater fish recognized by its striking yellow body adorned with numerous blue spots, transitioning to a blue tail. This active species sifts through sand for small invertebrates and requires a mature aquarium with plenty of live rock. While generally peaceful, it can be territorial with similar-looking or very small, docile tankmates.
