Description
The Sargassumfish is a master of camouflage, perfectly mimicking the floating Sargassum seaweed it inhabits. This predatory anglerfish uses a modified dorsal fin spine as a lure to attract unsuspecting prey, which it then ambushes with remarkable speed. It is a solitary species, often found drifting in open ocean environments.
