Description
Sand Mullets (*Myxus elongatus*) are silvery, elongated schooling fish found in coastal marine and estuarine waters of Australia and New Zealand. They are euryhaline, capable of tolerating a wide range of salinities, and primarily feed on detritus, algae, and small invertebrates. Due to their size and schooling nature, they require very large aquariums.
