The Rock Eel, or Gunnell, is a slender, elongated marine fish native to the cold waters of the North Atlantic. Despite its common name, it is a blenny, not a true eel, known for its smooth, slippery skin and ability to hide among rocks and seaweed. This species is a carnivore, primarily feeding on small invertebrates.
